Automation Help Desk Ticket
Purpose
Describe steps to generate a helpdesk ticket for the Automation team utilizing the IT helpdesk.
Procedure
For an item that needs automation assistance (data request, HMI issues, user request, etc), users can now:
- Navigate to https://helpdesk.humacyte.com/support/home

Select ‘ Report an issue’

Fill in the ‘Report an Issue’, making sure to select Automation, Case Type General, and filling in subject and Description information.
